Buying property is personal. Land in Alaska is vast. Developing it can be complicated. It’s not just about finding the perfect home, getaway or recreational property. It’s about how you can improve it, build on it, or simply live on it. 

My goal is to give you a holistic approach when purchasing property. Think outside the box. I am a Professional Land Surveyor with the ability to research important aspects of property that are not always straightforward. Many factors can affect property: flood zones, wetlands, access, municipal codes and regulations, zoning, easements, public use trails and areas, right-of-ways, encroachments, boundary and topography.
