My goal is to give you a holistic approach when purchasing property. Think outside the box. I am a Professional Land Surveyor with the ability to research important aspects of property that are not always straightforward. Many factors can affect property: flood zones, wetlands, access, municipal codes and regulations, zoning, easements, public use trails and areas, right-of-ways, encroachments, boundary and topography.
